Quartz Hill runs adaptive sports for youth and adults with physical disabilities. Basketball is our most popular program, and the hardest to grow, because a sports wheelchair costs as much as a used car and most of our players use everyday chairs that cannot take a hit. This request buys six new sports wheelchairs in a range of sizes, so the team can play full-court scrimmages and lend chairs to new players who want to try.
