Milestones
4 planned deliverables · 0 complete
Bright Pan runs a sixteen-week culinary course, and four out of five graduates are working in a kitchen a year later. The restaurants who hire them have one complaint: our cooks have never worked a real line. This request replaces our donated home appliances with a commercial cooking line: a six-burner range, a flat-top griddle, two fryers, a convection oven, and the hood and fire suppression that the code requires above them. It also lets us start a lunch service that pays part of the program's costs.
